Deposit arrangement in case of a reconditioned exchange VANOS
In the event you order a reconditioned VANOS, you will pay a deposit amount at checkout. This amount* is, after we have received your old unit, refunded directly to your account. We kindly ask you to fill out the enclosed form completely and enclose it with the return shipment so that we have all the necessary information.
Deposits are not subject to VAT and will therefore be invoiced without VAT.
*In case the unit is irreparably damaged by molest or improper de-mounting, VanosRepair reserves the right not to accept the unit or to refund only part of the deposit. You will be informed immediately in such a case.
Deposit when renting tools
VanosRepair charges a deposit on top of the rental price of special tools.
The amount of the deposit is listed with the product and must be paid at checkout.
Deposit is not subject to VAT and will therefore be invoiced without VAT.
Upon returning the special tools in good condition, the deposit will be refunded immediately. Should the rental period be longer than indicated at checkout, the rental amount due will be deducted from the deposit amount. In case of molestation or destruction of the special tool, VanosRepair reserves the right not to refund the deposit or not to refund it in full. In such an exceptional case, we will notify you immediately.
The customer is responsible for properly packing a return shipment (both for VANOS units and special tools)
