Vanosrepair respects the "Distance Selling Act" and return rights. I.e. you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product shall be returned to Vanosrepair with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
You may return your order at the branch or mail it back to our mailing address found at vanosrepair.co.uk/contact. The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Vanosrepair will refund the entire order amount including the shipping costs you paid, within 14 days of receipt. Of course, you must be in possession of the original purchase invoice.
