VanosRepair guarantees all its products and is committed to quality and service.
The following warranty provisions are in effect:
Complete VANOS units, refurbished by us, have 1 year exchange warranty with no mileage limitation.
Loose overhaul parts and tools have a 90-day exchange guarantee.
The warranty period starts on the date of delivery.
Request
In the event you wish to make a warranty claim, you must notify us in writing at the following email address: support@vanosrepair.nl
A warranty request must contain at least the following information:
> Invoice number of purchase
> Comprehensive complaint description (possibly supplemented with visual material)
> Cause of defect (if known)
> NAW data of the applicant
After your application is received by us, we will contact you for further processing.

Complaints
It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@vanosrepair.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
