This screw cap is completely CNC machined from stainless steel 430F and can be used to replace a damaged one
Application:
✓ Single VANOS M50TU and M52
✓ Mounting should be done with a custom cap 17mm
In case the original screw cap gets damaged during disassembly, it can be replaced with this stainless steel variant.
the screw cap is manufactured in-house and has a wrench size of 17mm.
A custom cap 17mm should be used for mounting
TIP: Weld on the damaged old screw cap an extension nut (e.g. M8 13mm) and unscrew it while it is still warm. Be careful not to damage the aluminum plunger as a result of welding.
